i have to maintain a large collection of audio samples & loops and it was a major pain using windows explorer
to keep things organized in their proper places. i couldnt find a good enough free app so i ended up creating
my own with all the features i needed to simplify the process as much as possible.
features:
1.) built-in audio player (supports: wave, mp3, aiff, m4a, mid, wma)
2.) instant audio preview of selected file
3.) waveform display
4.) move files with a single key-press
5.) undo last file copy/move operation
6.) recycle bin support (files/folders are never permanently deleted)
7.) duplicate file auto renaming support
8.) easy copy/move/delete/rename files and folders
9.) retain multiple file selections while previewing audio, etc...
screenshot:
requirements:
1.) windows os
2.) .net framework 3.5 or higher
3.) windows media player
usage instructions:
click on the "?" next to the close button for the instructions.
