But they never say it is less than 1% chance. When you answer the question about previous rejections, you have to tell the truth. Otherwise application will be rejected on the grounds of false information. When you tell the truth, you must provide credible information regarding  the change of your circumstances.  It is not easy to convince the visa office on the third time.  When they noticed a visa application has been rejected twice before, they will usually find another reason to reject it.</p></blockquote><p></p>
