They request documents from clients, get them to fill those, clients provide each and every document and they charge a fee to lodge the file.  They might refund you their fee BUT the immigration department of Australia NEVER refunds you the visa fee even if your visa gets rejected...So be careful and never make payments unless you understand everything about your visa category.</blockquote>
