The UPS was working well untill its plugged in to AC. But the when the power is gone the output voltage is fluctuating from 80v upto 400v. I complained and went to them with a multimeter and showed the problem myself. They had no idea what I am talking about and after about two days I went back as they took it in for repair.  After about two days I went to pick and the UPS was still having the same problem.I was furious as they were trying to make me go home with it. !  After arguing for a lot of time I asked them to compare it with another one to be sold which was working nicely.Here comes the best part !!! Then they took apart the circuit board of another UPS which was there for repair and swapped it with mine. Somehow I RE assembled a UPS in-front of them with various parts and got mine working. They are going to give my faulty UPS circuit board to another customer definitely !Just be careful when you buy..by the way the brand of the  ups is Pro Link. I still regret about the incident</blockquote>
