In fact they are fairly decent IT shop. The card you got must have had a manufacturing defect. The PSU you are using can support 4870x2/2GB. Some have advised to buy PSU sold at Rs.1,950. These PSU cannot start your VGA. You cannot get even a 300W PSU for that price. Therefore the buyers should know what they are buying before buying. Some seem not knowing that. This does not mean you don’t get shops to supply high end VGA Cards. You get but many prefer to go to the lowest price or place that provides it at a low price. They do not think of the repercussion of after sales. Even if you had purchased through the NET it could be the same if some think like this had taken place, since you have to send it at your expense. When your cargo goes through the local customs and in the instance of a faulty item will have duty payable twice including for the replacement. Since duty or tax is waived off only for items that come back with the same serial number. Therefore select your product and shop not on price but based on service.</blockquote>
