• Salary range is good. (But no increment or bonuses. )
• Most projects are good and interesting .
• Work life balance is good in many projects lu.
• Internal politics to the max lu
• Giving more priority for non-technical people in many projects. (Ex : QAs,BAs are considering more valuable than tech guys )
• No chances for most of hard working people (no promotions and increments wage) unless .............

I have to say its a good company. I had many offers from different companies but decided to stick with this. About the point that mentioned in BA and QA has priority, in ADL we do have a process so that's why it looks like that. sometimes BA has to deal with crazy clients and filter the good stuff to developers. I like that. btw during the covid no any salary cut but we got bonuses. we are getting interesting projects time to time. of course there are some concerns but overall good company. im currently working a SSE

Bro, in my point of view this is a good company. The salary range is good, they provide essential facilities to the workers. My team members are also good.
People say there are policies, the thing is now a day every nook and corner there exists politics so if you want to survive don't be judgemental and don't talk about your political opinion in front of work colleagues. Stay like that you don't know anything about politics
