A BOY, 1, suffered minor facial injuries and “a big fright” after his pram fell into the path of an oncoming train at Tooronga station this morning.
The elder brother, who would also normally have been in the pram, was standing on the platform when the pram rolled on to the track.
“All she (the grandmother) can recall is she saw the pram on the platform and then next time she turned around she saw it on the tracks,” Ms Jessop said.
“So she’s had an incredible fright and it’s just the most miraculous circumstances that he is as uninjured as he is.”
The grandmother did not need medical treatment.
