Becoming a charted accountant

hi guys
My mother
is 46 years old and she is
currenty
employed in an accountant
position for 3 years. She has a lot
of experience
over accountancy and relative
fields for years . She also passed
as island
first in higher diploma in banking
management recently . She
would love to
enter for charted accountancy
but she would like to know
whether it is
possible to be the member of
charted accountant through her
experience ,
highschool grad result and
banking management diploma (

To be a member of chartered accountants of sri lanka, you have to passed their exams and case study after that you will have to face an interview.
then only you can get the membership. Just the experience is not enough, it's mandatory to have passed the exams as well. (but i guess your mother can get exceptions for first couple of exams) there are 4 exams in total to be passed.
