A 10-year old boy whose father died when he was born sneaks away in search of the grandfather he?s never met. Paul, a 9-year-old boy, lives with his mother in Lisbon. One day, he finds a bunch of photographs and, in them, the grandfather he have never known. He decides to look for him, even if, to do that, he has to deceive his mother. In a farm in Alentejo, he finally finds his grandfather Miguel, a lonely eccentric. The journey will now go on with his grandfather in an old and fantastic car in which only their complicity and imagination know how to start, to meet the secrets and the sorrows of the family??.
