Best Camera Phone?

I'm looking forward to buying a descent mobile phone. Mostly I'm interested in the camera and the finishing of the phone. I'm fed up with Samsung Galaxy S series because it has issues and it's not worth to buy + cheap plastic makes it feels like a stupid toy. Well I haven't used a S5 though. S3 was good and S4 was crap so I think Samsung has lost it. Not looking for an iPhone either as the phone is tiny

What I need is

2gigs of Ram
Quad Core processor
13MP or more - Camera (photo quality should be good)
Prefer Metalic finishing (Not compulsory)
5 inch or more display
3000mah+ battery

My mom recently bought a Huawei P7 which has all these features and then I took a photo with it and I was not impressed. The photo itself was 6MB but what the hell... I don't know what garbage is in that photo but I cannot zoom it without getting the image all blurred. I was hoping more from a 13MP camera.
Then the battery was 2500mah. It is not what I'm looking for. It's not a removable battery so having an extra battery is no use. Other than that It is an awesome phone with very iPhone like built quality. Well I think this because it has this awesome brushed metal finishing. But the battery and camera ruined the feeling. So now I'm kinda lost
