Nowadays, many web sites use CDN (Akamai, Amazon's crap and Google CE for example). They routes your requests to the closest location of the client. So use a DNS server from the USA and you'll likely get content from Akamai's USA servers rather than from Japan's or Singapoor (where close to our country).Plus, extend your browser's DNS cache as well as global DNS cache to reduce DNS lookups.Nothing can defeat your ISP's data quota limits.
