plz Guyz cn u tll me da bst forign uni's in Sri Lanka which doesn't requare any A/L qualification... Uni's like JEEWA,Monash... snthn lik those ....

You can enter university of wales internal degree program after completing the one year foundation course.(If u are with out ALs)
