Intel Harpertown is the server version of Yorkfield, due to be released around 2009. Like Yorkfield, Harpertown is expected to be build on a 45nm process and contain 8 cores in a multi die package with 12MB of shared L2.

Windows Server Longhorn SP1 is expected to be released in 2009. This is the first Service Pack for Windows Server Longhorn.

Windows Server Longhorn R2 is expected to be released in 2009. Release 2 will include additional functionality and incorporate SP1.

Intel 32nm process is expected to come online in 2009.

2010

Intel Gesher CPU is expected to be released in 2010. Gesher is the successor to the Nehalem architecture.

2011

Intel 22nm process is expected to come online in 2011.

Windows Server Vienna, formally codenamed Blackcomb, is expected to be released in 2011.
