Its over now. The Pakistan team has won the final match of the ICC T20 World Cup by defeating Sri Lanka. BUT it should never be forgotten that the Sri Lankan team is the BEST out of the BEST!! what ever said and done, the team spirit, the determination to win, the leadership by the captain, the encouragement to younger players by the seniors even if they go wrong and above all the SRI LANKAN supporters who stand with the team even if they win or loose unlike in certain countries where the houses of the team members are looted, models of players are burnt on streets, we Sri Lankans stand together as one and support our team which gives them more and more encouragement and also happiness saying that com'on even if we win or loose v will always be supported by our ppl. this will encourage them more.
so guys and gals altho v hav lost the cup, lets give the Sri Lankan team who performed so well in this series, who showed the world how to play cricket the CLEAN way, who showed the world how team spirit brings success, how terrorism cannot defeat them, a very warm welcome when they come back to sri lanka just the way we welcomed them after the ICC Wold Cup.
