Work Difficulty(Hard, Stressful, Late nights) Depends Mostly Stressful05. Work Type(Interesting, New things to learn, boring) Can learn new things. Have valuable senior staff who like to share their knowledge06. Office Culture (Staff and co workers friendliness, flexibility of management) No politics among developers. PMs are mostly good.
