Increment once a year (depend on the achieved targets )
no other Allowances such as year end bonus (they mentioned that in the doc. also, )
idk whether u lend ur ass to survive at the embla but there are many working without any issues.

to build a good career with all the good technologies this place is so far so good.
anyway CEO is kind a bitch
