have you tried the open max default connection speed on winxp from 10 to 50?

a friend pf mine gets over 60 kbps constant download speed through the peotv router on utorrent.

don't know how.

My port forward works... that is one of the initial settings i made to work.

You mean on 512kb/s Package? lol, that`s a nice kidding man! It is Impossible to get 82kB/s on SLT ADSL Home Express Package.Maximum HTTP Stable Downlink also 64kB/s.P2P is Going around 54kB/s on my torrenting.But, if someone use 4Mb/s Connection, as i know they can get download speed up to 410kB/s on uTorrent or Bittorrent. Uplink is Around 52kB/s on Office pakages!....... Mine goes 14kB/s or nearly 12kB/s Stable...

it's not 50 kbps it should be 50 KB/s....utorrent shows how many kilo bytes you will get in a second. 50 KB is approximately 500 kbps..try port forward...or get a higher connection..ya connection is 512 kbps so u get nearly that speed buddy...and why don't you use VUZE software...it gives more speed than utorrent...try

also try to insert a the port for torrent app u use in to ur router....
it workz.....100%(this is a security risk ,bcoz cracking halfopen port means opening a geatway to backdoors..ext)

Transmission and vuze, what's the best?

I'm using transmission. Giving some 52KB/s speed. I have vuze, but don't know how to configure it properly on linux. Seems to me like my vuze is having a network with other vuze users only.

Anyway guys, my down speed is around 20KB/s when dowbloading hindi movies. Is it ok speed?
