casualty percentage gone up dramatically
due to recent battles in FDLs Wanni and Muhamalai. Especially their
crises have been doubled due
to successful air raids by Sri Lanka Air Force. Now they seek blood to
overcome from the above said crisis.

Sri Lanka might help them to assemble required blood consumption of
various blood donation campaigns.
