BIG HELP!

Hi guys i have a problem with directx!
My standard directx version is:-directx 9.0b
and the problem is i can play 3d games with that version
it saying"i should install directx 9.c
and i was downloading that from the ionternet and i tried but still the directx 9.c i have in my pc.

can i install directx new version to the old version?

my pc is:-

can you plz tell me what i can do if someone know about this

download direct x 9.0c redistributable package from here
http://www.softwarepatch.com/windows/directx.html
and and install.. (HEY ITS abt 60MB )

After that,

Then in ur second screenshot u can DirectDraw acceleration.. if that option is still disabled.. enable it.. whats ur VGA.. and what was da game u were trying to play...?

the other thing is machan want to know before i install the new version,DO i have to uninstall the old version?
if it is how to uninstall it?
i think its dangerous if i uninstall it isnt?
machan if anybody know about it plz let me know.
aaaah machan i wanted to start sims2 and machan most of games does not workk with this old version!
if anybody know what is the best for me....,,,,PLZ let me know

umm.. macho on board VGA ekak nam samaharawita samahara games nam wada karana ekak naa.. parana DirectX version eka uninstall karanna baa.. uninstall kaloth oyage machine ekata aaye aluthin windows daanna wenawa start karanna coz direct x kiyanne windows wala eka heart ekak wage.. Setup will take care.. u just need to run da setup.. only to update dx 9.0b to dx 9.0c ... Abt Sims 2 umm... I hvnt playd any games on a onboard VGA so cnt tel.. but if u have RAM abt 512.. it'll run.. othr wise I dnt thnk so.. but try
