not much differnce in settings between utorrent and bitcomet...

I use this settings for uTorrent

Max Upload rate : 10
Max Download rate : 0 (Unltd)
Global Max Conn : 275
Connected Peers : 55
Upload Slots : 13

These settings give me good speeds on most torrents (50-60kbps) in my 512kbps ADSL...

You might have to play a bit with Global Max Conn value and Uplad Slots value to fine tune the speed...
