Remember our protagonists stumble on a crashed ship in a planet near the black hole? It was later found out that the ship had been destroyed by the wave just a few minutes ago in the planet. But the guy actually left earth years before them. the time had slowed down in the planet because it was closer to the event horizon of the black hole..
