I tried to block adult content on my home network by using family safety free DNS servers from following providers (directly changed dns servers on my belkin router)

    OpenDNS
    AdGuard

But the issue is neither blocks any adult website. I can still visit and watch everything.
    Any workarounds to this?

P.S. : windows network settings are not altered. tried on mobile phone and windows pc. Tried resetting the router
