:baffled:

මේවා cargo plane, යන්නේ pilots and couple of staff only.

    if it’s a Boeing I ain’t going

This happens to Airbus aircraft too. But for some reason, whenever a Boeing plane has a problem, it gains much more media attention than Airbus aircraft. Most likely because media loves to bash Americans.

    Examples:
Few months ago, there was media attention about a door falling off a Boeing 737 but around a month earlier, a window fell off an Airbus A320 and there was almost nothing on the media.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-engla...plane had to,members noticed damage and noise.

Last year, there was media attention about a water leak in an Air India Boeing 787 but before that, an Emirates A380 had a very similar problem. No media attention for that one.

https://mentourpilot.com/incident-w...t the problem, the floors and moving equipment.

Boeing's downfall started after merge with DC.
You will be surprised how bad was DC in terms of quality wise. Many aircraft tragedies involves (directly or indirectly) some kind of a DC aircraft or some of the fallen part from a DC aircraft.

    I'm not saying no machan.

You are right - 777X got delayed due to issues. But A380 (at the time called A3XX) got delayed by 10 years due to electrical issues. A number of initial A380s had Rolls Royce engine failure that caused emergency landings.

Right now, A321 neo is getting delayed because Pratt and Whitney engine contamination problem. This can also affect operational planes. But people are more worried about 737 Max.

All I'm saying is both manufacturers have their own problems but Boeing gets highlighted more.

lol what? Both?? i really don't think so.. A321 Engine issues has nothing to do with Airbus it's the Engine manufacturer. But Boeing is in real trouble that's a fact.. in what way you trying to highlight.. Boeing has lost it's relevance.. period! Boeing Golden days are over (737 Classic, 747 400 series, 777) Seems like your a Hardcore Boeing fanboy
