Bomb found in Dehiwala

I usually come to work by train from Wadduwa.

But today all the trains were stopped at Moratuwa since a bomb was discovered in the railway between Dehiwala & Wellawatta.

Don't know much details about it.

If someone knows pls post here.

Claymore Bomb Near Railway Station Detected

A CLAYMORE BOMB lying underneath a coastal bush about 200 meters away from the WELLAWATTA railway station was detected this morning (13) at about 6.45 a.m. when a municipal garbage collector spotted it.

The claymore bomb weighing about 10 kgs rapped in a traveling bag had been left at that location.

Police and STF personnel have rushed to the scene and commenced investigations.

I also travel by train..... A bomb has found which has hidden in the railway line near a check point at wellawatta.....not at Dehiwala.....

me too also coming by train from Rathmalana. we got to know that there was a Clamo Bomb in the Railway line @ wallawatha. so we came by bus

Ooh yeah I also heard that, their checking three trains..... maybe they're securing the are coz, today it'll be Prof. Samaranayake's funeral and all ne....so many government chiefs are yet to arrive.

If that bomb blasted, a few people may have died, or even I may also have died.

But what do you expect from it.
