We’re definitely going to miss internal combustion engines when carmakers are going to start replicating twin-turbo V8 growls through some EV’s speakers.Anyway, speaking of twin-turbo V8 engines, we’re here to talk about the Brabus-tuned Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S 4-door model, which was introduced last summer in this configuration. Now though, you can check it out in more detail thanks to this 94-image mega gallery.The German tuner opted to install two new turbochargers while also fiddling with the ECU for a total of 800 PS (789 HP) and 1,000 Nm (737 lb-ft) of torque. As a result, this modded AMG GT 63 S 4-door will nail 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 2.9 seconds – 0.3 seconds faster than the stock variant. Top speed meanwhile is electronically limited to 196 mph (315 km/h). Other additions include the custom stainless steel exhaust system with active flaps and titanium/carbon tailpipes.The visuals are pretty impressive too thanks to the naked-carbon components, available in high-gloss or matte: apron, intakes, diffuser, spoiler lip and so on. Then you’ve got the 21/22-inch wheels (front/rear), wearing 275/35 and 335/25 tires from either Pirelli, Continental or Yokohama.As for the interior, there’s the Alcantara steering wheel, decorative stitching, stainless steel inserts and the tuner’s logos spread throughout the cabin.So what do you think?
