Racing driver Michael Schumacher has been seriously injured in a skiing accident, reports claim.
The 44-year-old seven-time Formula 1 world champion was skiing in Meribel in the French Alps today when he fell, according to French news agency Europe 1.
It is claimed he was transported to hospital where he is being treated for a head injury.
Reports claim he has regained consciousness.
