Any excuses about quality and shit aren't excuses because over time you can fix that (If you start now may be in a year or so they will come up to speed).  Also people over working reduces the quality because they might be tired and have other things on their minds.Also if you think you can do better overseas why not migrate without whining about it and talking about doing a service. You go someone else will fill your shoes. Non of us are indispensable.</blockquote>
