The  sharing mechanism of network elements helps service providers to  minimize per user cost drastically by distributing it among many  subscribers. </li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">  More  or less broadband is a domestic Internet service that intends to serve  residential and small office users. However due to highly priced IPLC  charges in the country the majority of commercial institutions prefer to  use broadband services for commercial activities instead of using  Internet leased circuits.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">  Dedicated Internet services and IPLCs’ are more reliable than broadband and come with a guaranteed speed at a premium price. </li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">  The  speeds advertised in respect to broadband are theoretical maximum  levels and their availability will depend on many factors. The data  transfer speed in broadband is not a constant value and varies from time  to time and depends on network conditions. </li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">  Wireless  Internet services have their own characteristics. In many cases  wireless last mile is a shared segment. But in ADSL the last mile is not  a shared segment.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">  The  aforesaid points constitute the basis of broadband.
