If we want to get rid of craving(attachments) in order to get rid of suffering( like old age, sickness, death, association with unpleasant persons and conditions, separation from beloved ones and pleasant conditions, not getting what one desires, grief, lamentation) quickly we can join the order as a nun/monk and give up luxuries willingly <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/happy.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":)" title="Happy    :)" data-shortname=":)" />.We have this strong attachment towards ourselves and what we possess. When changes take place the way we do not like we suffer. If you follow the path preached by the Lord Buddha you get to develop the mind, so that you can use it like a microscope to see the reality of mind and matter.
