Burned my leg to bike silencer :-(

Hey guys, I burned my leg to the bike silencer.... its my ankle. It hurts really bad. Skin has started growing around the wound but a doctor said I might need to do a skin transplant

Any advice?

So far doctor gave anti-biotics and told me to use hydrogen-peroxide to clean the wound and then use saline water to wash it.

Afterwords told use the popular net (dala) for burns.

Did you burn wound heal. If yes how much time it took to heal and did you have to go for skin transplant.
Even I had a similar accident. Please let me know the details
