Help! Where to Buy Keyboard/ Electric Piano

Hi,
i 'm looking to buy a electric (or digital) piano or keyboard for less than Rs. 20,000. This is not for professional use, just to play for hobby. But i need something better than (sound & look) those toy keyboards made for kids. It must have at least 61 touch sensitive keys some decent tones.

I am not planing to program/record or anything, so i don't fancy about registration memory, 1000s of tones etc.

Please recommend good keyboard/ electric piano models and places/ shops where i can buy used/ new ones for lower price.

thanks machan. but none of the keyboards available in these shops for less than 20,000 do not have Touch Sensitive keys.

i think with this budget i will have to go for a used one. can you recommend any seller?
