Buy Laptop - from where?

Guys, I wanna buy a laptop for general use.
When I search internet the USA prices are about 30-40000Rs cheaper and Singapore prices are not much different compared with Sri Lankan prices.
Anybody have experience or suggestions?
Consider after sales service and warrenty.
I intend to migrate to Australia next year. Wanna take it with me and want to buy it while in SL.

In Aussie also bit cheap if you can manage for 1yr without lap then go to aussie and get one
Or else ask someone who is coming from USA or Malaysia

If you buy asus you can claim local warranty here for other brands mostly you have to send to them and get warranty.
