You can use skype to call computers worldwide for free... (VoIP) But not the land lines and mobiles.

Skype is really cheap though. You can use Paypal or a credit card to top up the skype account.
$16 gives you more than 1 hour. and for some countries more than 10 hours even.

well it myt be if ur calling a land line or a comp. bt for many countrys bth land and mobile is high priced, i am using globe 7 bt nw i am using mobitell idd its more cheaper dan all dis voip
