Students must be made aware of this and there should be other avenues where they can be counselled and their complaints can be heard confidentially.Also the senior idiots must be warned in no uncertain terms, that it's time to stop or to limit the ragging to fun activities only where there's no harm done to anyone and to respect the new entrants. This has gone too far. Bullying in any form cannot be tolerated or justified.</blockquote>
