Message: <blockquote data-quote="coolioWiZ" data-source="post: 11897548" data-attributes="member: 40999">i've been reading some posts from this thread and my two cents <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/P.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":P" title=":P    :P" data-shortname=":P" />private universities should not be denounced as a failure till they prove themselves, let them be started and if they become a failure action can be taken then.govt. lecturers in my opinion doesn't get the salary they deserve, they should be commended that they continue to work for such low salaries, what needs to be done is they should get better facilities and salaries at govt unis. that would greatly increase the quality of education in govt unis.next that doesn't mean only govt unis should exist in our country. education should be a diverse field with a mixture of different govt and private institutes offering students a choice. importantly a choice to decide their future.finally i want to say something about doctors. there was a time long ago when we produced quality healthcare professionals in our govt uni system. but is it the same today. does today's graduates get a proper international standard education in medicine? i think that is not the case, and sadly foreign graduates tend to have a better training to deal with patients (i'm not saying about those ppl who come back with fake degrees, those quacks . .but the real ones who come back, pass one of the most difficult exam in the world to get their license to practice) and about private graduates in our country, lets give them a chance when they graduate . . they hopefully will provide a good healthcare if they get the proper training.</blockquote>
