Anyone who has passed an accepted A/L exam may learn Engineering. After3-4 years only those dedicated ones will get the Bsc. To get a Doctorate you gotta be smart but not to get graduated. Graduation is not a big deal in other countries unlike for yall.</p></blockquote><p></p>
