Can IDM download over 2GB?

I tried to download Fedora which is about 3.6GB. But IDM can only download up to 2GB. Do u have any idea about it?
What are the other download managers which can go go beyond of 2GB limit?

what happen after 2GB

After 2 GB download stops. Even the file size is shown as 1.99GB even it is greater than 2 GB

i think its not IDM problem
do you have space on disk i mean where IDM put temp files check it another this is it resume support link
or there have time limit
