Why is there a light in the fridge and not in the freezer?

The Fridge is normally placed Vertically...So light does not reach into it so that we may not see in side....
so there is a light placed in side which is switched off automatically when the door is closed...

but the Freezer(i think u mean the Big one) is normally placed horizontally...so we can see inside because light reaches inside not as in Fridge....

so no need of having a light there....
