"We revealed yesterday how a group of people engaged in an obstruction and insulting Gen. Sarath Fonseka when he visited Kelaniya Temple yesterday (12th) evening after handing over the letter of resignation from the post of Chief of Defense Staff.
Despite other media reporting this incident as a group of people obstructing Gen. Fonseka ‘Lankatruth’ clearly indicated that it was a group of ‘government thugs’ who carried out the hooliganism was instructed by Minister of Labour Mervin Silva. We confirmed Mervin Silva’s thugs were used in this ‘operation.’
Here we are able to prove our point. The thugs who were involved in the attack against students of Kelaniya University on 11th June were involved in yesterday’s incident as well. The photographs prove it without doubt."
