Of course I did it stupid. But this is not the first time I had seen it. A friend showed the question to me before. I solved it then. I can solve it now.

I cut the sections from the original pic given in the original pic and pasted them on two layers in Paint.net and set the opacity level of the top layer to around 130. I didn't save the .pdn file because I didn't think some dumbass would ask for it.
