can't download and upload torrent

when i try to "Download" and "upload" torrents this error appear µTorrent "Trackers" field, sometimes(most of the time) "A socket operation was attempted to an unreachable network". So i can't download and upload any files! How do i solve this problem!

What's your net connection ?
are you behind a firewall ? or using a router ?
What's the OS and whats the torrent client ?

i use Slt ADSL home package(444Kbps max)
yes i use Prolink router and also Kaspersky Internet Security 2011.i use utorrent 2.4(new version), OS Windows7 machan!
