But, just to ensure you understand properly and dont come back buffling, Tamils are affected the most. Yes, singaleese and muslims are affected, but percentage is significantly low compared to Tamils, but they also receive aids along with Tamils (as illustrated by "venpuraa" organisation)PS: When I refer to affected people, I refer to civilians. Please don't confuse that to LTTE, come back here with unnecessary comment. Venpuraa only aid for those civilians affected by the war and NOT the LTTE. This is a very well know fact around UK and other European countries. Ask anyone whos from UK if you dont trust me.</blockquote>
