I saw in one of your posts, you've mentioned that you are following a Postgraduate degree (Meng;= Master of Engineering) in a precious university in UK. I wonder how you follow a postgraduate degree without graduating. So I can assume that you are a person living a dream world. So no point of arguing with you about other isses you pointed out. Its a waste of time. But for your information about the university of Colombo I would like to state this; go through it if you really got a brain.
