Message: <blockquote data-quote="colomboguy321" data-source="post: 17437456" data-attributes="member: 279366">Very good work brother , this will be very useful for Guys/Girls who is studying for Cisco exams,also just to add little note GNS3 needs processing power and RAM around 4GB is OK can still run with 1 or 2 GB but very important must set the idle PC otherwise CPU utilization will reach 100% , because in GNS3 it uses the real IOS so it takes the RAM and CPU power from our host PC.but for CCNA students i think Packet tracer is more then enough because you can do all the CCNA labs in packet tracer in addition to routing , IPv6 , ACL , Intervlan routing labs you can do even ether-channel , HSRP , Netflow labs etc..   ( it doesent mean GNS3 is not good for CCNA students its good but if you dont have much CPU power and RAM you can easily do  all the  required LABs using Packet tracer 6.1 )in Packet tracer it doesn't run the real IOS instead it is the simulated version of IOS where you can do all CCNA labs and initial CCNP labs it doesn't support all the advanced command that is needed for advanced CCNP / CCIE labs , but very good for CCNA labs all works nicely and no need much CPU or RAM</blockquote>
