you can check in VTC weather they do CCNP also otherwise you have to finish CCNA at VTC and you have to go to other places to do CCNP

Don't waste money machan, there are plenty of free resources in the internet.
This is how I did.
1. Download lecture series from CBT nugget (torrent) and study
2. simulation - Try with packet tracer and youtube videos
3. For the exam study questions from 9tut.com
4. Finally try a dump with examcolletions.com
I spend money only for the exam. Even for CCNP you can do same way ( but bit hard)

As I'm working, 1 or 2 lect per day ~ 30 for lectures
then recap + practice with sim + study 9tut.com + do the dump ~ 30 days
total ~ 2 months
