සිදුවීම වැලැක්වීම සඳහාම පමණක් මෙම ලිපිය ලියනු ලැබේ.“The Cell Mart” විසින් මා රවටනු ලැබූ ආකාරය, මට බොරු කියූ අකාරය සහ මගෙන් හොරකම් කරනු ලැබූ අයුරු මෙම විස්තරයෙන් දැක්වේ.“The Cell Mart” ගැන මට දැනගන්නට ලැබුනේ මගේ ඥාතියකු මාර්ගයකිනි. ඔහු විසින් මෙහි අයිතිකරු සමිත් සෙනරත්ව මාහට හදුන්වාදෙන ලදී.මේ මාගේ එම දුක්ඛදායී කතාව කෙටියෙනි.රුපියල් 90,000ක් පමණ වටිනා මිලාධික “Sony” වර්ගයේ දුරකතනය මා මිලදීගත්තේ ඉහතකී “The Cell Mart” ආයතනයෙන් වන අතර ටික දිනක් යද්දී එය දෝශ සහිත බව පෙනී ගියේය.එවිට එම ආයතන හිමිකරු, සමිත් සෙනරත්, මෙම දුරකතනය තවමත් එහි මුල් වගකීමට “Original Sony Warranty” යටත් බව පවසා මාහට එම මාදිලියේම වෙනත් දුරකතනයක් ලබා දෙන ලදී. එය අලුත්ම දුරකතනයක් බවද සදහන් කලේය. කෙසේනමුත් මෙම නව දුරකතනයද දෝශ සහගත විය. සරලවම ගතහොත් එය “charge” කිරීම සිදුකල නොහැකි විය.සියල්ල ඇරැඹුණේ එයින් පසුවයි!ඔවුන් ඉන්පසු එම දුරකතනයද ආපසු ගෙන එය නිෂ්පාදකයාගේ වගකීම යටතේ “manufacturer’s warranty” සෑදීමට සින්ගප්පූරුවේ සෝනි ආයතනයට යවන බව පවසන ලදී. මෙසේ මාස 2ක් පමණ ගතවුනු අතර එම කාලයේදී ඔවුන් නොයෙක් හේතු පවසමින් මාව රස්තියාදු කලේය.දිනක් “The Cell Mart” අයිතිකරු, සමිත්, මට කතාකොට දුරකතනය නැවත ලැබී ඇතිබව පවසා එය හොද තත්වයේ ඇතිබවත් ඉක්මනටම මාහට ලබාදිය යුතු බවත් කීය. වරින්වර දින කිහිපයක්ම ඔහු හමුවීමට දින ලබාදුන් නමුත් කිසිමවිටක ඔහු පැමිනියේ නැත. මෙය මා අපහසුතාවයටත්, සිත් තැවුලටත්, කෝපයටත් පත්කරන ලදී.අවසානයේ මාහට වෙනත් පුද්ගලයෙකු (ආරක්ෂක අංශ සාමාජිකයෙකු) පිලියන්දලට යවා එම දුරකතනය ලබාගැනීමට සිදුවුනි. සියල්ල අවසානයේ මා අතට දුරකතනය ලැබුනු පසු දැකගත හැකි වුයේ එය හරිගස්වා නොමැති බවත් තවමත් එහි බැටරිය චාජ් නොවන බවත්ය. තවදුරටත් දැකගත් හැකිවූයේ “The Cell Mart”හි කවුරුන්හෝ දුරකතනය විවර කිරීමට උත්සාහ දරා ඇතිබවත් එහිදී භෞතිකවද දුරකතනයට හානි සිදුවී ඇතිබවත්ය. දුරකතනය සම්පූර්ණව විනාශවී තිබින.“The Cell Mart” සහ “සමිත්” කරන ලද වංචාව:·         මගේ මුල්ම සහ ලොකුම වරද වන්නේ “The Cell Mart” අයිතිකරු “සමිත් සෙනරත්” විශ්වාස කිරීමයි. ඔහු මට හදුන්වාදුන්නේ මගේ ඥාති සහෝදරයෙකු නිසා ඔහු මා ගැන සැලකිල්ලක් දක්වාවි යන  හැගීම මා තුල විය. ඔහු ගැන මාතුල කිසිම සැකයක් නොවීය. මට සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම වැරදින!·         මිලාදීගැනිම සිදුවෙද්දී මම ලියකියවිලි හොදින් පරීක්ෂාකලේ නැත. දුරකතනය ඔරිජිනල් එකක් ලෙස පෙනුනු නමුත් එය පැමිනිණියේ විවෘත අසුරනයකය. එය සීල් කර නොතිබූ අතර සැබැවින්ම එය නිෂ්පාදකගේ වගකීම් සහතිකයට යටත් නොවින.·         ඔහු දුරකතනය නියමාකාරව හරිගැස්වූ බව මාහට විශ්වාසකරවීමට උත්සාහගත් අතර එය මට ලබාදීමට අවැසි බව කියූවත් ඇත්තටම එය සිදුකලේ නැත. හමුවීමට බොරුවට දින දුන් නමුත් ඒ කිසිවිටක ඔහු පැමිණියේ නැත. මේ අකාරයට ඔහු සති කිහිපයක් නාස්තිකලේය. බොරු හේතු දක්වමින් ඔහු මාව දැඩි අපහසුතාවයකටත් රස්තියාදුවකටත් පත්කරන ලදී.·         අවසානයේ මට පිලියන්දලට ගොස් දුරකතනය ලබාගන්නා ලෙස කීවේය(මා එය මිලදීගත්තේ කොල්ලුපිටියේ වෙළදසැලෙනි). එතරම් දුරක් මට එදින යා නොහැකි නිසා මා විසින් අදුනන පුත්ගලයෙකු යවා එය ලබාගන්න කටයුතු යෙදුනු අතර ඔහු පෞද්ගලික අරක්ෂක අංශ  සේවකයෙකු විය. දුරකතනය බාරගැනීමේදී ඔහු ලවා යම් ලියවිලි වගයක් අත්සන් කරගෙන ඇති අතර එම ලියවිලිවල මෙම දුරකතනය හොද තත්වයේ තිබෙන බවට ඔහු ලවා අත්සන් ලබාගෙන ඇත. ඔහු මෙහිදී භාන්ඩ රැගෙන යන්නෙක් පමණක් වූ අතර දුරකතනය තිබූ තත්වය පිලිබද ඔහුට කිසිම දැනුමක් නොවීය.ඔබත් “The Cell Mart” වෙතින් දුරකතනයක් මිලදීගන්නට අදහස් කරන්නේනම්, ඔබ මිලදීගන්නා දුරකතනය නිෂ්පාදක වගකීම සහිත නියම උපකරණයක් නොවන බව තරයේ සිහිතබාගන්න. මාගේ මෙම අත්දැකීමේදී ලබාදුන් නව දුරකතන දෙකම දෝශ සහගත  විය. ඒ අනුව මගේ හැගීමනම් ඔවුන්ගේ දුරකතන අලුත් ඒවා නොවන බවයි. බොහෝවිට මේවා නැවත එකලස්කල හෝ නවීකරණය කල ඒවාය, අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම ඒවා නවතම භාන්ඩ නොවේ. එවිට ඒවා දෝශසහිත වීමට වැඩි අවස්තාවක් ඇත. ඔබ මිලදීගත් දුරකතනය දෝශයක් පෙන්නුවොත් ඔවුන් එහි වරද ඔබ පිටම පටවා දුරකතනයද විනාශ කර, ඔබවද මහත්වූ රස්තියාදුවට සහ කරදරයකට පත්කරනු ඇත. කරුණාකර මේ පිලිබඳ සැළකිලිමත් වන්න. “The Cell Mart” සමඟ හෝ “සමිත් සෙනරත්” සමග මේ හා සමාන අත්දැකීම් ඇති අනෙක් අයෙක් වෙතොත් ඔවුන්ටත් මාහා සමග එම අත්දැකීම් බෙදාගන්නා ලෙස ඉල්ලමි.මීට හිතවත්!Sunday, July 12, 2015ENGLISH VERSIONDear friends, I am writing this only to avoid you going through my same terrible href="https://www.facebook.com/cellmartlk" target="_blank">https://www.facebook.com/cellmartlk</a>I got to know about Cell Mart because a relative recommended its owner: Samith Senarath.This is in short my sad story:I purchased from Cell Mart an expensive Sony phone for about LKR 90.000, which turned to be defective after a few weeks.The seller, Samith, told me the phone was covered by the original Sony warranty for one year, and he replaced it with another identical mobile, stating that it was a brand new unit.However, after a few weeks even the second mobile phone had problems: it simply was not charging.This was the beginning of my ordeal!They took the phone back saying they were sending it to Sony Singapore, to be fixed under the Sony manufacturer warranty. They kept it for over two months finding any sort of excuse to explain the delay, eventually driving me to exasperation.One day Cell Mart’s owner, Samith, called me saying that the phone had come back to Singapore and he was ready to return it to me fixed, and in good conditions. He gave several appointments to which he never came. Leaving me confused, exhausted, and angry.Eventually he returned the phone to me only through a security guard, that I had to send to Piliyandala to collect the phone. When I finally had it in my hands, I realized that the phone was not fixed! Still it was not charging! Moreover, the Cell Mart shop tried to open it and they damaged it even further. The phone had been completely screwed!!!How Cell Mart and Samith tricked me:My first big mistake was trusting the owner, Samith Senarath. Since he had been recommended to me by a family cousin, I had no doubts that he would have kept special attention to me. I was wrong! I did not properly checked the document’s phone when it was sold to me. The phone actually seemed to be an original Sony phone, but it came in an open box, not sealed, and was NOT really covered by the Sony manufacturer warranty.He made me believe that he really fixed the phone and he wanted to give it back to me, but he never really did it. He was giving several appointments to which he was not coming. He dragged this situation on for several weeks. With lies and false promises he pushed me to exasperation.He eventually gave the phone only to a security guard that I sent to find and recover the phone. When the security guard collected the phone, he was probably asked to sign some documents to state that the phone was in good condition, when in fact it was not. The security guard was only in charge to collect the phone and bring it back to me, and of course he knew nothing about the phone’s problems.If you decide to buy a mobile phone at Cell Mart LK, keep in mind you are not buying a new phone with a warranty. In my case, my mobile phone was defective twice! This makes me believe that their phones are not actually new items. Probably they are refurbished or reconditioned, but definitely not new, and with a high chance to be defective. If you end up discovering a defect, the shop will very likely blame it on you, they will destroy your phone, and they will drive you to the exasperation before you can recollect it! Please, be aware!I encourage anybody who had similar experiences with Samith Senarath or with The Cell Mart, to share them with me.Yours faithfully</blockquote>
