Central Bank should bring back Cabral it is screwed without one governer. Currency exchange is going haywire. Cost of Living would rise without any policy change due to depreciating Rupee. Otherwise Sri Lanka should ditch Rupee for US Dollar then there would be no need for central bank like ecudor.
