Then the fix is easy i think, have never tried it myself but heard it works. If you have static, then yer stuck. On dynamic try this. Goto Start/run then type winipcfg and hit enter, make sure you are on your nic card not your modem in selections then hit release all and renew all. See if your ip is different. If no go on that then unplug your modem and let it reset, then plug it back in.
