Changing ADSL packages in SLT?

I had informed them to migrate my ADSL package from one to another in last Monday. They had said they will change it within a day but its almost 5 days gone. How many days will it take to change this thing?

you have to do it in WRITING. verbal request is not enough make a package modification. ask from nearest teleshop. i changed mine, it only took 5 mins.

My pakage was change withing 3days,only from single verbal request.

I still didn't got my package machan. When i call them , they say there may be issue we will fix it. and when i call the regional branch . they say they can't do anything since i call the head office. Its been a week already What the hell bn.It's like Regional brance and head office are two different entities .

you have to do nothing bn. i changed(upgraded) my with in a day.
just called 1212 at night. told them that i want to change the package. that guy made a request saying that in the next day my request will be approved by someone. i got my new pckge in the next day as they said.
dont make requests on fridays. it wont work
try give another call and ask the status of the request.
