Check in at unusual times to a hotel

Guys,

Lets say im arriving at the hotel 10th night (check in late- after dinner buffet is served) and want to check out 13th morning by 9.30am how will be the full/half board basis will work ?

I need to have a rough estimate, ekai ban.
